How do I place an order on SL-items.lk?
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse through our product categories or search for the item you want.
- Add the product to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
- Once you’re ready, click on your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details once the process is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Bank Transfers
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All transactions are secure, and payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Within Colombo: 1-2 business days.
- Outside Colombo: 2-3 business days. We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over a specific value. Please check the product page or your cart for information about eligibility. For orders below the threshold, shipping fees will apply.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team at info.slitems@gmail.com
or +94 75 822 8822. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How do I return a product?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if there’s an issue with the product, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, SL-items.lk only ships within Sri Lanka. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order on SL-items.lk. You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy a faster checkout process, track your orders easily, and access exclusive deals and promotions.
